Utkal Business School (UBS) is a premier institution established under the aegis of the Chheta Devi Educational and Charitable Trust with a vision to nurture future business leaders, entrepreneurs, and socially responsible professionals. Founded in 2025, the institution is committed to providing quality management education that combines academic excellence, industry relevance, and holistic personality development.

The School has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the necessary No Objection Certificate (NOC) from its affiliated university – Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT) to commence the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme from the Academic Session 2026–27. Initially, the programme has an approved intake capacity of 120 students for the current Academic Session.
