The Board of Management (BoM) is the principal executive body of Utkal Business School (UBS) and is responsible for the overall administration, planning, and development of the Institute. The Board provides leadership in formulating policies and strategies that facilitate the achievement of the Institute's vision, mission, and academic objectives.
Comprising representatives from the sponsoring trust, eminent academicians, industry experts, and institutional leadership, the Board of Management guides the Institute in matters relating to academic growth, infrastructure development, financial management, human resource planning, and quality assurance.
