The Governing Body is the apex policy-making and administrative authority of Utkal Business School (UBS). It plays a pivotal role in providing strategic direction, ensuring effective governance, and promoting the overall growth and development of the Institute. The Governing Body comprises distinguished academicians, educationists, industry professionals, representatives of the sponsoring trust, and institutional leadership who collectively contribute to the formulation of policies and long-term plans.
The Governing Body oversees the academic, administrative, and financial affairs of the Institute and ensures that its functioning is in accordance with the norms and guidelines prescribed by the regulatory authorities. It reviews institutional performance, approves developmental initiatives, promotes quality enhancement measures, and provides guidance for achieving the vision and mission of the Institute.
